Quali, After the Hurricane of 2025 – 2026 races followed a May heatwave
On Pole for race 1 was Damian LONGOTANO (Westfield SE) –
2nd should have been Chris EVERILL (Ginetta G55) but a trip across the rough grass did
the car no good at all and he loaded up on the -transporter and made an early exit again! Very sad as Chris has been previously been one the potential winners.
Effectively 2nd was Wayne SPILLER (Seat Leon Cup Racer) 3rd was points leader James HARVEY (Porsche Boxster S) 4th was Leigh HASLETT (Audi TT)
5th was Andy WILLIAMS (Mazda RX8) who revealed that a loose electric connection was the source of his castle combe problems!
6th were the Renault Clio pair of Grayham HUXTER and Verity BANKS Renault Clio -
On Sunday, Starting from the back was Tom FOWLER Mazda RX8 And Ceredig WILLIAMS - Volkswagon Scirocco - as neither of them could set a time on Saturday

2026 WSSCC Round 5 – 15 minutes Rolling Start
Damian took the lead from Wayne, James Harvey was 3rd with fast starting Grayham HUXTER for company, early on. Damian held the lead, but Wayne was close, and took the lead on lap 10. However Damian retook the lead, but Wayne stayed close and repassed Damian on the last lap to win! James Harvey was 3rd and Damian took the lead from Wayne, came through to challenge him. The Boxster and Audi pair closed in on the leaders late on, all four cars on the lead lap (14 Laps) and covered by only 4 seconds! Andy Williams was 5th and Graham Huxter was 6th . Verity was 7th as Tom FOWLER (Mazda RX8) And Ceredig WILLIAMS (Vw Scirocco) where both Dnfs after 4 laps!

2026 WSSCC Round 6– 15 minutes Rolling Start
Damian took the lead from Wayne and held it until about Lap 8 when he began to struggle and slow. Wayne immediately took over the lead, as Damian fell to 3rd place.
James Harvey exited form 3rd place after 7 laps due to Brake problems! So Leigh Haselet (Audi tt) took over 2nd! Place and was Class B winner. Andy Williams was 4th] Graham Huxter was 5th Tom Fowler was 6th and Verity was 7th. Ceredig WILLIAMS did not start!

2026 WSSCC Round 7– 15 minutes Rolling Start
Damian found that his problems had now reached the limited slip diff. so it was the car back on the trailer for a trip back to the workshop! After some care and attention to his brakes, (by Rocket Dog head honcho Craig Attard) - James Harvey made it out for the last race of the day. On pole was Wayne SPILLER, and he was ignoring the prospect of winning 3 races in a row, just in case it brought him bad luck. At the start of the race Wayne established a lead he was never to lose. Leigh Haslett was initially 2nd until - James Harvey pushed him back to 3rd, all the top 3 did 14 laps. On 13 laps Andy Wiiliams was 4th with Tom Fowler and Graham Huxter swapping positions and Verity scored again!
So Wayne SPILLER scored 3 wins in a row and James Harvey is the big points leader with126 points – Tom Fowler is 2nd with 100 points and Verity is 3rd with 98 points
